Our process starts with ameeting in your home to listen and learn about your home, lifestyle, desires, and constraints. This is an excellent way for us to get to know each other.
On your first visit to the showroom, we will tour you through our space and introduce you to the preconstruction team. At this meeting, we will discuss the overall scope of the project, material ideas, and associated budgets. If we have a meeting of the minds, we will sign our design agreement and the fun begins.
3D photography and digital measures are taken of your home, and the architectural design team creates a virtual walkthrough of your home with our initial concepts. Material selections begin, and the plan starts to come to life.
During our design phase, selections are presented, and materials are chosen. Our team collaborates closely with clients, exploring designs, visiting product showrooms, and providing education on options. This ensures clients make selections they love, feel comfortable with, and that align with the design vision established in the concept phase.
We will bring in a curated selection of materials for you to review. as we refine your plan. You will also be escorted to our preferred vendor showrooms for a great selection of appliances, plumbing, and countertops. As our clients repeatedly tell us, “We make the design process a pleasure.”
Once we have a plan that makes your heart sing, we bring together the design and production team to develop a complete construction scope, plan, and price. With the signing of the construction agreement, we begin the permitting process and prepare for the start of construction.
Your project manager then takes the lead for the build part of the process. Together with design they are tasked with delivering your project on time, as designed with the highest level of craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on clear communication throughout your project so there are no surprises at the end.
Once your project is complete, we are here to help you move in and get settled. It is time to enjoy!
