A successful project begins with a well-crafted plan. After our initial meeting, the next step involves a visit to our showroom, where you'll meet the preconstruction team. Leveraging our extensive experience and a rich historical database, we're well-prepared to streamline the process and provide you with clear, realistic expectations. If we share a common vision, we move forward with a Design Agreement and schedule a 3D photo session of your existing space. Within days of digitizing your home, we'll create comprehensive concept renderings and offer a virtual 3D color walkthrough, bringing your vision to life. At the end of this phase, you’ll have a solid plan, project scope, visual concept renderings, and an initial budget.
