“From Coffee to Concept”
A great plan results in a great project. Our process starts with a Design Agreement that allows us to spend the time required to get to know you, listen to your ideas, learn what your goals are and explore design ideas. At the completion of this phase you will have a firm plan, scope of project and budget. Our extensive experience and historical database enables us to make the best use of time spent to produce outstanding results.
Once you have approved designs, drawings are sent to our architectural engineers to have the plans prepared for permit and final bidding. At the completion of the stage you will have a final construction cost, a tentative construction start date and the project is prepared for city or county permitting. Permitting typically takes 3-5 weeks for approval, but can take longer.
Armed with a complete set of plans, material selections and scope our team is ready to get started. Construction may begin when permits are issued. If you are like many of our clients, you will not be here during construction. But not to worry, you will feel apart of the process with weekly progress reports, pictures, and Project manager updates.
