Abbie JW Sladick

Abbie is the founder and creative soul of Abbie Joan Fine Living. Her vision in creating this Naples based firm was to organically grow a company that merged by design vision and construction expertise while making clients feel comfortable, supported and confident in the project ahead. Her background in construction management, project design and hospitality gave her a unique set of tools in her toolbox to bring together a winning team with of craftsmen, project managers, and customer support staff.

Over the years, the company has grown into a full service Design and Build Remodeling Firm with concierge home management as well as a signature interior design arm. Abbie and the Abbie Joan Fine Living team prides itself on maintaining long-term relationships with not only clients but business partners and subcontractors. Building strong relationships is one of the most important factors in our ability to delivering jobs on time and of the exceptional quality year after year in a town with a very limited of workforce.

Abbie shares her passion for life and knowledge of the industry by having served on national boards for the American Society of Interior Designers, The National Kitchen and Bath Association, as well as doing consulting for product manufacturers.

Her creative juices and very high energy level are often fueled by Naples’ beautiful outdoor surroundings. She can often be found walking the beach at dawn, running along Gulfshore Blvd., spending time supporting the Naples Garden Club, or tending her garden on the weekends. Her ever present smile and sunny disposition sets the tone for the optimistic can do attitude at Abbie Joan Fine Living.

Abbie is originally from New Jersey. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire she had the opportunity to live in some wonderful places including Vail, Colorado; Omaha, Nebraska; Boston and Brewster, MA; as well as San Destin, Florida. Abbie and Paul met on Marco Island and have been Naples residents since the late 80s. They have 2 children, Hana and Jack, as well as menagerie of pets.

Paul Sladick

It is a family affair at Abbie Joan Fine Living. Paul brings his extensive knowledge of cabinetry design and project management together with his commitment to excellence to every project. His sense of humor and fast wit keeps everyone on the job motivated and smiling through the day.

Paul is originally from Michigan and brings his Midwest sensibilities to every situation. He and Abbie have lived in Southwest Florida since the late 80s and are well-engrained in the business community.

When Paul is not on the jobsite he shares his passion for helping kids reach their full potential by coaching high school softball and by being a member of the board of directors of the Seacrest Day School here in Naples.

Cindy Zozus


It is very unique to have a person with exceptional skills in financial management, contracting and customer service. Cindy comes from a construction family in New Jersey and it is in her blood. Together with her team in the accounting office, they make sure that clients have an immediate point of contact, materials are well purchased and all books are up to snuff. Cindy loves the challenge of meeting the unique needs of each and every one of our clients. She is also an incredible chef, coordinating the menu of each year’s Client Party.

Frank Masucci

Project Manager

Frank is the perfect example of what makes Abbie Joan so special. He brings a level of caring, craftsmanship and commitment to every job he works on. He has been with us since our early days joining us after moving from New Jersey. Frank is the first person to the job in the morning often before dawn, making sure he has the day organized and that he is mentally prepared for the tasks at hand.

Francis Rojas

Project Coordinator

Francis brings Abbie Joan to a new level of service with her strong background in custom drapery, upholstery and automated shading. She works hand in hand with both design and construction ensuring a smooth transition from Design to Production to Furnishing. Francis also works closely with our clients preparing their homes for remodeling by helping them sell or donate furnishings, as well as pack and store all there personal belongings. As the finishing touch Francis orchestrates the move back in to your home after construction before you arrive.
